Aviator at a glance

Aviator is a multiplier game: each round a plane takes off and the multiplier climbs from 1.00x until the plane flies away at a random moment. You decide when to cash out and receive your stake times the multiplier at that moment; if the plane flies away first, the stake is lost. Each player plays independently — you do not compete with others, and your payout does not depend on who cashes out before or after you.

Is Aviator legal in Brazil?

Yes, as long as you play at a licensed operator. Law 14.790/2023 regulated fixed-odds betting and online games, and since 1 January 2025 only companies authorised by the Ministry of Finance’s Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) may operate in Brazil.

  • Official list: the SPA publishes the authorised companies and brands on gov.br — the only reliable source.
  • Age and CPF: sign-up requires being 18+, your own CPF and identity verification.
  • No sign-up bonuses: the law bars licensed operators from offering upfront incentives to bet.
  • Unlicensed sites can be blocked at any time and give you none of the protections of Brazilian regulation.

How a round works

Every round has three short phases. Everyone sees the same flight, but each player decides alone when to cash out.

  1. Betting phaseA few seconds to place up to two bets before take-off.
  2. FlightThe multiplier climbs: 1.20x, 1.50x, 2.00x… Cash out whenever you like: you get your stake × the multiplier at that moment.
  3. Flew awayThe plane disappears. Bets not cashed out are lost and a new round starts.

Each round’s result is fixed before take-off by the Provably Fair system. It does not depend on the time of day, the number of players or “patterns” in the multiplier history.

Real odds for each multiplier

With a 97% RTP, the approximate chance that the plane passes a multiplier x is 97% ÷ x. The higher the target, the lower the chance — and the average return stays the same.

Strategies: what works and what is a myth

Strategies help you control pace and budget, but none beats the 3% mathematical edge.

  • Low cash-out (1.20x–1.50x): frequent small wins; a single loss wipes out several of them.
  • Two bets: one cashed out low, one aiming high. Smooths the swings but does not lower the average cost.
  • Martingale: doubling after every loss makes stakes grow fast and can hit the table limit or your budget.
  • “Bots”, “signals” and prediction apps: scams. The result is set cryptographically and cannot be predicted.

Provably Fair: how to check a round

Each round’s result comes from combining a server seed with the seeds of three players in the round (this gives them no advantage). After the flight, anyone can check the calculation.

  • The server seed is generated before the round and its hash is shown in advance.
  • Player seeds go into the mix, so not even the operator alone controls the result.
  • In the game, click the multiplier of a past round to see the seeds and hash used.

Demo mode: practise without money

Many licensed casinos offer Aviator in demo mode with a virtual balance. It is the safest way to learn the pace of the rounds and try auto cash-out.

  • The demo uses the same mechanics, but demo results do not “predict” real-money rounds.
  • Some operators only show the demo to registered, verified users.
  • Use the demo to practise decisions and limits, not to “test patterns”.

Aviator on mobile: app or browser?

Aviator has no standalone real-money app: it runs inside the casino’s app or mobile site.

Registration and identity checks

At licensed sites, sign-up requires a valid CPF, being of legal age and identity verification — including facial recognition.

  • Requested data: full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone and address.
  • Data is checked against official databases; a selfie or biometrics confirms it is you.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable: one account per CPF at each operator.

Under SPA rules, money can only move to and from accounts in the player’s own name.

How to withdraw winnings

Withdrawals go to a bank account under the same CPF as the gaming account, usually via Pix.

  • Open the “Withdraw” or “Wallet” area on the operator’s site and choose Pix or TED.
  • Withdrawals may stay pending until identity verification is complete.
  • Net winnings are subject to income tax under Law 14.790/2023 — consult an accountant.

Bonuses and promo codes

Law 14.790/2023 bars licensed operators from offering sign-up bonuses or any upfront incentive to bet. Be wary of sites promising a “500% bonus” for Aviator.

In-game features such as the chat “Rain” of free bets depend on each operator’s settings. The terms of any promotion must be clearly published on the operator’s site.

Responsible gaming

Only stake what you can afford to lose and treat Aviator as paid entertainment, never as a source of income.

  • Set deposit, loss and time limits in your account settings.
  • Take breaks; fast rounds speed up losses.
  • If gambling affects your money, work or relationships, use the operator’s self-exclusion.

Frequently asked questions

Is Aviator trustworthy?
The game is made by Spribe and uses the Provably Fair system, which lets you check every round. Whether your money is safe depends on the operator: play only at licensed sites. See how to check.
Is there a strategy that guarantees profit?
No. With a 97% RTP, the average return is below the amount staked under any strategy. Strategies manage your budget; they do not beat the house.
Can you predict when the plane will fly away?
No. The result is generated cryptographically before the round. Apps, bots and “signal” groups promising predictions are scams.
What is the minimum bet?
It depends on the operator. Many sites allow small stakes, from a few cents to a few reais; the limit is shown in the game’s bet panel.
Can I play Aviator on my phone?
Yes, in the browser or in the operator’s app. See how to install it safely.
How do I withdraw Aviator winnings?
Through the operator’s withdrawal area, usually via Pix to an account under your CPF. Withdrawal guide.
Do I have to pay tax on winnings?
Law 14.790/2023 sets a 15% income tax on net winnings above the exemption band, assessed annually. Rules can change; consult an accountant.
Why can’t I find welcome bonuses for Aviator?
Because Brazilian law bans sign-up bonuses at licensed sites. Such offers usually come from unlicensed sites. Understand the rules.
